"Karelshaffer-Bio-Rëndsflësch" is the result of species-appropriate pasture husbandry and high-quality feed. Every winter, we cut the beef meat ourselves in our farm butcher's shop and pack everything according to customer requirements. To order, you can cover your demand for high quality meat and choose between 3 cutting options.
Meat-Box
Simply and conveniently receive an optimised meat-box in which you get a little of every cut of meat. Ideal for covering the annual requirements of a small household. The box contains a weight of about 17kg.

Order a quarter of a Karelshaffer beef, which can be cut individually from this size upwards. Between 35 and 45kg, this is an ideal size for small families.
